Description
The first phase of the rollout is part of the ‘Bootstrap’ process: Of getting the Initiative up and running.
The first phase ‘Spark’ is focused on creating a spark of energy to get things going.
The general target is to get the idea of ‘a common English’ into a ‘form’ so that it can be used for communication with others. This form can consist of concepts, website, etc.
