Breaths?

To help people understand the subtle impact of Colish on the world, we considered using ‘the number of breaths you take’ as a memory anchor.

The number of breaths a person takes on average is dependent on several factors such as age, on your rest state, your health.

One value we have is between 12 - 18 breaths an minute, or on average 15, i.e. every 4 seconds.
